Jesus "Big Chuy" Lopez Sr. began working in the produce industry in the 1970's just when the demand for produce from Mexico was increasing. Big Chuy's ambition combined with his tenacity and work ethic led him to understand the produce. With his knowledge of the industry Jesus Lopez founded Big Chuy Distribution in 1988.

 

The company quickly gained traction and a year after its founding date Big Chuy's sons Jesus and Alex joined him. With the powerful combination of Jesus Lopez Sr. knowledge and experience along with his sons modern views Big Chuy Distributors & Sons has grown into a state of the art distribution facility with 60,000 sq/ft of warehouse space.
